Be-Roll — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Be-Roll (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Be-Roll is a platform that helps content creators analyze video metrics and manage their production process. The Service uses AI to provide insights, recommendations, and content generation tools.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Be-Roll offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload (videos, scripts, ideas, inspirations). By using the Service, you grant Be-Roll a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

Be-Roll uses AI providers (Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI). You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases
  • You should review and verify content before publication
  • You are responsible for the use of AI-generated content

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (YouTube, Google, Anthropic). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Be-Roll and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by contacting us at isaac@be-roll.io.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be-Roll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
